Billing

Personal is free. A team is billed per active member per month through Stripe.

Trial

A new team has 14 days free, no card. Three days before the end the owner gets a reminder.

After the trial

Without a subscription the team becomes read-only: everyone can still connect, nobody can add hosts, change access or invite people. Nothing is deleted. The owner can subscribe at any time from Admin panel → Billing.

Members and seats

Seats are counted automatically from active members, owner included. Add someone and the next invoice includes them pro rata; remove someone and it goes down. Pending invitations are free.

Invoices and cancelling

Invoices, card details and cancellation live in the Stripe billing portal, reachable from the Billing page. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
