Data Processing Agreement

Parties and scope

This agreement covers the processing REDZI Digital performs on behalf of a team organisation using ReTerminal: synchronising encrypted vault data and storing the audit log.

Sub-processors

Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, EU), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (billing), Mailgun Technologies (transactional e-mail, EU region).

Security measures

End-to-end encryption of credentials, append-only audit log, access limited to named staff, data located in the EU.
