QUESTIONS
Before you ask.
- What counts as a member?
- Every active person in the team, owner included. Pending invitations are free. Remove someone and the next invoice is prorated automatically.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The team becomes read-only: everyone can still connect, nobody can add hosts or invite people, until the owner subscribes. Nothing is deleted.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. Access stays until the end of the period you paid for.
- VAT and invoices?
- Invoices come from Stripe with your company name and VAT number. EU reverse charge applies where it should.
